Tasting info

Take winter one warm cup at a time

Winter has its perks. Snowshoe is one of them. Our seasonal medium roast brings together rich dark chocolate, molasses sweetness, and a bright pop of peach in a full-bodied, comforting cup.

This year, we’re roasting each coffee from Peru, Colombia, and Ethiopia separately to bring out its best before blending. The result? Deep chocolate flavor, layers of sweetness, and plenty of reasons to put another pot on.

Roast: Medium
Acidity: Moderate
Body: Syrupy
Aroma: Cocoa, Citrus, Honey
Tasting Notes: Peach Gummies, Molasses, Dried Plum, Chestnut, Dark Chocolate

    Antici.....pation ;)

The leaves are turning. There's a familiar crisp in the air. I can almost smell it brewing. I'm anticipating the return of Snowshoe. I love it and have looked forward to it each year since I first tried it. Delicious, with a bit of an edge. Heavenly!

We love that Snowshoe has become your seasonal tradition. We feel the same way. We're waiting for the first batch of the season to come out of the roaster, and we all wanna get our mittens on it. It will be back soon.

    Love the name

I didn’t like this one as much as others. Rather bland.
