I used to buy Peace Coffee regularly when I lived in Minneapolis, and Birchwood Blend was always one of my favorites. Recently, I ordered it again, partly to support a Minneapolis business during a tough stretch, and I was reminded exactly why I loved it in the first place.
The coffee is outstanding. Smooth, flavorful, and beautifully balanced, with no bitter or burnt notes. Itβs rich but clean, with real depth and character that makes it an easy, everyday cup.
Beyond its flavor, Peace Coffee has long been a leader in social entrepreneurship, supporting farmers, investing in the community, and building a business with real values. Itβs a company Iβve admired for years and one I genuinely hope to emulate as my own small business grows.

I like to have coffee pods available for guests as I don't brew coffee for myself daily. However, I hated the plastic waste of traditional k-cups and instead used a refillable/reusable metal coffee pod. Those are great, however, guests don't always take care of them. The compostable coffee pods by Peace Coffee are an alternative option to reduce single use plastic waste and still have the convenience of a ready-to-use pod for guests.
