I however will not stop buying coffee from you at Peace Coffee since I have been drinking your coffee since 1997, and through the years I have tasted all kinds of your coffees ☕️ and 85% of the time it has been a winner 🏆. You're absolutely right that this particular roast does have bright, acidic notes that might not be everyone's cup of coffee. It means a lot that you've stuck with us through the years and found so many other coffees you've enjoyed. Coffee preferences are deeply personal, and while Peru might not be your perfect match, we''d love to point you towards some of our lower-acid options that might be more up your alley like our Twin Cities Blend, which is a dark roast but very smooth and balance, or the Birchwood Blend is another great medium roast option. I am in love with Colombia whole bean coffee! I like so many of the coffees offered by Peace Coffee and have been ordering Twin Cities Blend for quite some time now. It is also a wonderful coffee and I will continue to enjoy it but now I am adding Colombia to my rotation. A very satisfying, rich coffee - smooth and delicious!
