A very traditional dark roast that is perhaps the most classic flavor in the Peace family. It does gets intense: nutty, roasty and rich. Yet you'll note a very sweet, more malty flavor, too.

Delicious Richness!
Peace Coffee French Roast is a well balanced bean and roast with none of the over done burnt or sour notes you find in other FRs, in fact I’ll got so far as to say it’s the only French Roast I’ll drink! The social benefits, and whopping #5 bags don’t hurt either!

A lot of times French roast can border on burned, but not this one! All the bold, rich flavors I expect from French roast without any hint of over-roasting!

Daylight and coffee in the woods!
We grind the french roast every day, use the Stanley french press thermos, and top off our mugs with 1/2 and 1/2. The perfect start to another day in the western Minnesota woodlands.
