When will my order ship and arrive?
When we receive your order, our staff in Minneapolis will get to work to fulfill it!
Your order will typically ship out within three business days. Please note that we are closed on weekends and most National Holidays. If you place an order on those days, it will not be processed until the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive tracking information with an estimated delivery time. Transit times are not guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive automated email messages with updates and tracking information throughout the process of your order.
How do I receive free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders $40 and above.*
*β We do not offer the $5 flat rate or free shipping outside the contiguous U.S., or on expedited shipping.
What if I used the wrong address?
Please contact us asap to see if we can update the address and reroute it. But if it goes unnoticed, and additional shipping charges are incurred it will be the responsibility of the customer, not Peace Coffee to pay for this. Shipments that received free shipping that are returned to sender will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee.
What is your return policy?
Peace Coffee can exchange non-perishable merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exempt from being returned are perishable goods, such as coffee. To start the return process of if there is an issue with the perishable goods you have received or you are not completely satisfied pleaseΒ contact us.Β

What if my order is damaged or has an issue?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Photo documentation of the damage is super helpful to provide when possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Β
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Eligibility
Open to all residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase necessary. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited. Employees of Peace Coffee and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible. The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address to receive the prize.
Entry Period
Entries open on September 1, 2026, and close on September 30, 2026.
How to Enter

Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One Keurig K-Express Brewer
- Two cases of Peace Coffee EcoPods, totaling 144 pods
- One OXO freshness container
- One red 12 oz. Peace Coffee travel mug
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and Peace Coffee reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal or greater value without notice.
Approximate Retail Value
The total prize package is valued at approximately $300.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified by email on or around October 2, 2026. The winner must respond within 48 hours, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. After 48 hours, Peace Coffeeβs decision to select an alternate winner will be final and will not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.
Delivery
The prize will be shipped directly to the winner. Any scheduling or delivery logistics will be arranged on a case-by-case basis at Peace Coffeeβs discretion.
Limitation of Liability
By entering the giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Peace Coffee and its legal representatives, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages suffered or sustained in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.
Other Terms
The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receiving the prize. By entering, participants agree to these terms and Peace Coffeeβs decisions, which are final. Peace Coffee reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or modify these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect upon publication.
