Shipping & Return Policies
When will my order ship and arrive?
When we receive your order, our staff in Minneapolis will get to work to fulfill it!
Your order will typically ship out within three business days. Please note that we are closed on weekends and most National Holidays. If you place an order on those days, it will not be processed until the next business day. But don’t fret, you’ll get an email update when your box of fresh coffee love is in the careful hands of UPS or USPS.
Your order will ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. All orders will follow our regular fulfillment timeline as noted above. Most locations in the continental U.S. are no more than 4 business days away, and the closer you are to our hometown of Minneapolis, the quicker your order will arrive. Check the UPS or USPS time-in-transit maps for delivery to your location. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive automated email messages with updates and tracking information throughout the process of your order.
How do I receive free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders $40 and above.*
*– We do not offer the $5 flat rate or free shipping outside the contiguous U.S., or on expedited shipping.
What if I used the wrong address?
Please contact us asap to see if we can update the address and reroute it. But if it goes unnoticed, and additional shipping charges are incurred it will be the responsibility of the customer, not Peace Coffee to pay for this. Shipments that received free shipping that are returned to sender will be refunded minus a 10% handling fee.
What is your return policy?
Peace Coffee can exchange non-perishable merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exempt from being returned are perishable goods, such as coffee. To start the return process of if there is an issue with the perishable goods you have received or you are not completely satisfied please contact us.

What if my order is damaged or has an issue?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Photo documentation of the damage is super helpful to provide when possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
