Are there any exclusions? 

Aside from the fine print exclusions provided on all of our limited time promo offers, ALL of our promo offers exclude coffee bundles, gift cards, classes, premium coffee concentrate, and Baratza brand products unless otherwise stated. 

What Is Your Policy On Using Multiple Promo Codes At One Time?

 If you’re using a regular promo code (not a Rewards coupon code), we do not allow multiple coupons of this type on an order. Regular promo codes are exclusive-use, meaning only one regular promo code can be applied to an order at a time.

If you’re redeeming points on an order via your Rewards Account, the limitations are slightly different. You can redeem multiple Rewards codes on any order, even if your cart contains an exclusive-use regular promo code.

For example, if you have a 22% off regular promo code and a $5 off rewards coupon code, they can be combined on an order. But if you have a 20% off regular promo code and a $15 off regular promo code, they cannot be combined on an order.

Can I Use A Promo Code On My Subscription?

Occasionally, we offer promo codes for one-time use on the initial subscription order as an incentive to sign up!  However, most promo codes that are advertised on our website, social media, or email newsletters, are not able to be applied to subscription renewal orders unless an exception is noted on the promo offer and fine print. All subscription offers always reflect the additional % of savings by including the built in 15% subscription discount.
