    My foray into medium-light roast espresso at home

    Had to dial this in to create a great espresso but so happy with the result. Local MN roaster, fair trade, fair price, organic!, can give to the charity of my choice. What is not to like.

    Smells and tastes like heaven

    We usually love dark roasts, but this coffee is so rich, deep and full bodied, it's our new favorite. It tastes and smells so good. Our new favorite blend. We love Peace Coffee!
