    My foray into medium-light roast espresso at home

    Had to dial this in to create a great espresso but so happy with the result. Local MN roaster, fair trade, fair price, organic!, can give to the charity of my choice. What is not to like.

    My Favorite Bean

    These Columbian beans are are perfect for me. Great flavor, not weak, not too strong, never bitter. Coffee flavor stands up to a good dose of warm milk.
