    My go to coffee

    Makes a great cup of coffee! Ethiopian coffee is a favorite for me in general and this one does not disappoint. I’ve made it as a pour over, aero press, Mika pot and espresso and it has preformed across them all. Bright, tangy and smooth.

    Delicious year-round

    We started cold brewing and never looked back, and Peace Coffee's Ethiopia is where we started. It has a delicious flavor when cold brewed and aside from our seasonal favorite, Pollinator, this is our go-to coffee.
