    Fabulous Ethiopia Light w/body and w/o acidity

    Review title says it all, really.

    If you’ve never tried an Ethiopian coffee and you’re not a die hard French Roast drinker, give this a try!

    You must be willing to connect with a light roast, but that does not mean weak. There’s a ( non-acidic) fruitiness and floweriness. It’s really gorgeous. I wanted something heavier the other day and had some Peace French Roast Decaf on hand so I did a blend of about 4 parts Ethiopia: 1 part FRD. Lovely.
