    Mild and smooth, ideal for breakfast

    I like Peace single origin coffees for their individual tastes, and have settled on Ethiopia as my favorite for mornings (I also have Columbia and Guatemala on hand, prefer later in the day). In the morning I'm drinking for warmth and flavor; I don't need a big kick of caffeine, Ethiopia has a smooth, slightly fruity aroma and blends nicely with typical breakfast foods. I've tried Ethiopia coffees from two other vendors (one organic, one not, one nationally-distributed) and Peace is FAR superior to both in flavor and smoothness. Hopefully you'll start offering it in 20 oz. bags soon (I go through the 12 oz. too quickly).

    Great Morning Coffee

    I am not a coffee connoisseur but I do like this bean as it is light and doesn't give me the jitters. It is the only coffee I have found that doesn't require sugar or cream to be able to drink a cup of coffee. It is very smooth.
