Founded in 2001, the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU) represents 53 cooperatives and over 70,000 small-scale farmer families in southern Ethiopia. SCFCU provides financial, technical, and marketing support to its members, producing approximately 10,000 tons of organic arabica coffee annually. Shade-grown under indigenous trees and enset, their washed coffee is known for bright acidity, fruity flavors, and balanced body, while natural process coffee offers rich, full-bodied profiles with candied fruit notes.
Ethiopia, our light roast organic coffee, is a marvel worth savoring like a fine wine. As the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia is home to countless species of wild heirloom trees, giving organic coffees from its lands distinct characteristics unlike any other. Each cup offers bright citrus balanced by caramel sweetness.
Just in time for the seasonal change and the holidays, our fan-favorite Snowshoe Seasonal Blend is back! This year's Snowshoe is a winter wonderland in your mug, featuring a perfect flurry of beans from Peru, Colombia, and Ethiopia. Every sip of this medium roast brings a delightful drift of rich chocolate and nougaty sweetness, with a gentle hint of cherry and pecan floating through. Whether you're tracking fresh powder or staying toasty by the fireplace, this blend will keep your spirits bright and warm.
