    Incredibly smooth and tasty!

I moved to Pennsylvania and cannot find a coffee that is as smooth or tasty as Peace Guatemala so I order it from Minnesota.

    My go-to coffee for mochas

I primarily use this Peace Coffee variety to make mochas, for which I've perfected a private 7-ingredient recipe. The Guatemala variety best complements the chocolate part; ideally you should not be able to decide whether you are drinking strong coffee or rich hot chocolate. The dark roast and chocolate notes in the Guatemala variety make a wonderful drink, and it works iced too. I have also tried mochas with two other single-source Peace coffees we buy, Columbia and Peru; they are fine coffees and I really like them for a single relaxing cup, but don't work as well for a full-bodied mocha. Thanks Eric (the husband and chief mocha-maker) ;) , we're absolutely delighted that our Guatemala has made the cut for your 7 ingredient recipe for the perfect mocha!
We love that you've experimented with our Colombia and Peru too, and that you've discovered how each origin brings something unique to the cup. The fact that Guatemala's dark roast and chocolate notes work beautifully both hot and iced just makes us even more proud of this coffee. Thanks for sharing your mocha expertise with us! 🤗
