This year’s single-origin washed coffee is smooth, sweet, and quietly cozy, with a medium roast profile that brings notes of devil’s food cake, graham cracker, and crisp pear to the cup. Brew it for a late-night bonfire, an early morning, or anything in between.

    Nocturnal is rich & delicious, beyond many others!

    Generally I steer towards deeper south Central American beans and darker, city-style roasts. I’ve tried many of the Peace Coffee selections but seemed to miss the seasonal availability of Nocturnal (medium roast) until now. Finally, I ordered a couple smaller bags last week to try it and Oh My! Absolutely delicious, especially with breakfast, and no added condiments! I have been missing this flavor for a long time! Many of the descriptions for flavors previously mentioned are apt, so I can’t argue. Nocturnal is bumping Tree Hugger out of first place on my faves list! Thank you Peace Coffee! And I wish Nocturnal a long available season!

    John, so happy to hear Nocturnal is your new fave! We love it too. Pro tip: If you have the pantry space and want to keep it around after the season ends, grab an extra five-pound bag (or more) and leave it sealed until you’re ready to open it. One of our staff members does this with Pollinator so they can drink it year-round, and they can attest that every new bag still tastes wonderfully fresh.
