Named for the owl that stays awake all night, Nocturnal is back, featuring coffee from the Triunfo Verde Coop in Chiapas, Mexico. This year’s single-origin washed coffee is smooth, sweet, and quietly cozy, with a medium roast profile that brings notes of devil’s food cake, graham cracker, and crisp pear to the cup. Brew it for a late-night bonfire, an early morning, or anything in between.
