This signature Peace cup is a purely pleasurable medium on the mellow side. A creamy, marshmallow mouthfeel brings sweet chocolate and nuts ideal for a mild medium drinker. It's a testament to a 20+ year relationship with our Peruvian partners. It brought electricity and stability to the farmers and daily joy to ours.

Not an Acidic Fan
I am finding the flavor is very acidic to my taste and not as flavourful as my last 5lb purchase. I however will not stop buying coffee from you at Peace Coffee since I have been drinking your coffee since 1997, and through the years I have tasted all kinds of your coffees ☕️ and 85% of the time it has been a winner 🏆. I will continue to purchase coffee at Peace Coffee ☕️.

We really appreciate your honest feedback about the Peru, and even more so, your incredible loyalty since 1997 - wow! You're absolutely right that this particular roast does have bright, acidic notes that might not be everyone's cup of coffee. It means a lot that you've stuck with us through the years and found so many other coffees you've enjoyed. Coffee preferences are deeply personal, and while Peru might not be your perfect match, we''d love to point you towards some of our lower-acid options that might be more up your alley like our Twin Cities Blend, which is a dark roast but very smooth and balance, or the Birchwood Blend is another great medium roast option.
