Our roasters craft unique blends inspired by the season using the latest harvests of standout coffees. The flavor profile shifts throughout the year, but the promise stays the same: a balanced, approachable cup that captures the spirit of the season.
Our current seasonal offering, Pollinator, is a bright, sweet light roast that celebrates the arrival of spring. Featuring a natural-process Ethiopian coffee from Sidama, it highlights strawberry-vanilla and candy-like fruit notes. Peruvian beans add soft almond sweetness and a buttery body with gentle citrus brightness.
Blended for smoothness and balance, itβs an easy-drinking cup that feels right at home with longer days and fresh starts.
Our next release, Nocturnal, will be available late summer/early fall.
