My Favorite Mellow Blend

Excellent customer service
I ordered this coffee (a 5 pound bag) and forgot to check "ground." When it came and I was bummed out that it was whole bean, as I do not have a grinder, nor do I want the inconvenience of having to grind coffee every morning. I sent an email to see if I could exchange this for ground coffee, and since it is a food product, I could not. However, TT got back to me and since they saw that I have always purchased ground coffee, sent me another bag for free. TT suggested gifting the beans to someone or donating it to a food pantry. I donated it.
Excellent coffee, excellent customer service, and understanding that people make mistakes. Maybe I should have had more Morning Glory coffee on board before I placed my order :) Thanks so much!!
