Eligibility
Open to all residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase necessary. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited. Employees of Peace Coffee, Willa’s Kitchen, NuNaturals, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible. Winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address to receive the prize.
Entry Period
Entries open September 22nd, 2025; closes September 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM CT.
How to Enter
Enter by submitting the form attached above. Limit one entry per person.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Peace Coffee: Three 12-oz bags per month for 12 months (36 bags), shipped monthly, unless otherwise arranged with the winner.
- Willa’s Kitchen: Nine 6-packs (54 cartons) of oat milk, shipped all at once unless otherwise arranged with the winner.
- NuNaturals: $350 online gift card.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Approximate Retail Value
The total prize package is valued at approximately $1400.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified via email on October 1st. Winner must respond within 48 hours or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. After 48 hours, our decision to select an alternate winner will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
Delivery
Prizes will be shipped directly from participating brands. Any scheduling or coordination will be arranged directly with the winner.
Limitation of Liability
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Peace Coffee, Willa’s Kitchen, NuNaturals, our legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
Other Terms
Winner is responsible for any taxes associated with prize receipt. By entering, participants agree to these terms and sponsor decisions, which are final. Peace Coffee reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time or change the provisions of the Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion, and such change shall have immediate effect upon its publication.
