I am finding the flavor is very acidic to my taste and not as flavourful as my last 5lb purchase. You're absolutely right that this particular roast does have bright, acidic notes that might not be everyone's cup of coffee. It means a lot that you've stuck with us through the years and found so many other coffees you've enjoyed. Coffee preferences are deeply personal, and while Peru might not be your perfect match, we''d love to point you towards some of our lower-acid options that might be more up your alley like our Twin Cities Blend, which is a dark roast but very smooth and balance, or the Birchwood Blend is another great medium roast option.
