    I’ll actually drink this coffee

    Never been a coffee drinker just for the taste but only to wake me up.

    Underwhelming

    This was a highly rated coffee so I was looking forward to it. Was honestly disappointed since the taste was both underwhelming and simply not good in my opinion; I use a French Press so maybe the taste comes out better when finely grinded as opposed to course. I appreciate Peace Coffee for their prices so I will still buy from them in the future, would just try another bean next time.

    Thanks for giving Birchwood a try, and for sharing your honest feedback! Sorry this one didn't hit the mark for you - taste is so personal and what works for some doesn't always work for others. You might be onto something with the grind size though. French press can sometimes bring out different characteristics than other brewing methods, and Birchwood might shine more with a pour-over or drip setup. Really appreciate that you're willing to give us another shot with a different bean - we've got plenty of other options that might be more up your alley. The Guatemalan Dark and Twin Cities Blend really sing in a french press, and the deep, chocolate, roasty and nutty notes come out well!
