I am an avid coffee drinker. Literally a gallon a day! I've been doing pour over with Peace Coffee for 10 years, but made the switch to Toddy. The coffee tastes unbelievable! I can easily drink it black, and the Ph is at 6.5. Splash of creamer, it's 7. Like water! I wish I had tried this sooner! I take a half cup of concentrate, pour some hot water on top - done! Perfect!
