I am finding the flavor is very acidic to my taste and not as flavourful as my last 5lb purchase. I however will not stop buying coffee from you at Peace Coffee since I have been drinking your coffee since 1997, and through the years I have tasted all kinds of your coffees ☕️ and 85% of the time it has been a winner 🏆. You're absolutely right that this particular roast does have bright, acidic notes that might not be everyone's cup of coffee. It means a lot that you've stuck with us through the years and found so many other coffees you've enjoyed. Coffee preferences are deeply personal, and while Peru might not be your perfect match, we''d love to point you towards some of our lower-acid options that might be more up your alley like our Twin Cities Blend, which is a dark roast but very smooth and balance, or the Birchwood Blend is another great medium roast option. I drink my coffee with a little bit of vanilla almond milk creamer. BIRCHWOOD BLEND is flavorful but never bitter. We sometimes mix it 50/50 with MORNING GLORY DECAF.
