Eligibility
Open to all residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase necessary. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited. Employees of Peace Coffee and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible. The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address to receive the prize.

Entry Period
Entries open on September 1, 2026, and close on September 30, 2026.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

• One Keurig K-Express Brewer
• Two cases of Peace Coffee EcoPods, totaling 144 pods
• One OXO freshness container
• One red 12 oz. Peace Coffee travel mug

The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and Peace Coffee reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal or greater value without notice.

Approximate Retail Value
The total prize package is valued at approximately $300.

Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified by email on or around October 2, 2026. The winner must respond within 48 hours, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. After 48 hours, Peace Coffee’s decision to select an alternate winner will be final and will not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.

Delivery
The prize will be shipped directly to the winner. Any scheduling or delivery logistics will be arranged on a case-by-case basis at Peace Coffee’s discretion.

Limitation of Liability
By entering the giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Peace Coffee and its legal representatives, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages suffered or sustained in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.

Other Terms
The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receiving the prize. By entering, participants agree to these terms and Peace Coffee’s decisions, which are final. Peace Coffee reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or modify these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect upon publication.
