Our roasters craft unique blends inspired by the season using the latest harvests of delicious beans. The nuances may change, but not the promise of palate-pleasing perfection every day of the year.

Our current seasonal offering, Nocturnal, features a single-origin washed coffee from the Triunfo Verde Coop in Chiapas, Mexico. Deep notes of dark chocolate, nougat, and toasted walnuts are complemented by subtle lemon. This medium roast blend is perfect for morning, noon, and night!

Our next release is Snowshoe, available late fall/early winter.

Sensational coffee
It’s only around in the spring so it feels extra precious when it arrives. The delivery usually corresponds with the arrival of blossoms and the first of the season’s pollinators. Each year, the first cup is the absolute best cup of coffee, usually enjoyed on the patio or in the breakfast nook facing outdoors on an almost-warm-enough day. It’s the coffee that doubles my friends visits and keeps me out of cafes. This year especially, with all the goings ons, this is one bit of tenderness to afford yourself
