    An enjoyable perk.

    This is the light roast for percolators. Grind it on the coarse side, but not too coarse. It brews beautifully on a low boil. I have a stove top perker and this light roast lends itself to the strong motion of the water being pushed upward. If anyone does use this method, it is better to use a light roast that stands up to this brewing method. In 8-9 minutes you have some very nice coffee, although since it is perked, it is very hot, so let it cool for a little while and enjoy.
