The Cafe Fresa wowed customers at our former coffee shops for the first few days of spring and we’re happy to share the recipe so you can enjoy it at home!! The simple combination of strawberries, mint, honey, and cold press coffee creates a rich and refreshing beverage that you’ll be drinking during all of our sunny seasons!
What You Will Need
- 3 oz Cold Press concentrate (easy step-by-step recipe)
- 3 oz filtered water (room temp)
- 1 tbsp raw honey (we use Beez Kneez Honey)
- 2-3 fresh strawberries (frozen & and thawed work as well)
- 3-5 fresh mint leaves
- ice
How To Make It
- In a cocktail tin or a quart-sized canning jar, add strawberries, mint leaves, and honey and muddle (fancy word for mash) until the strawberries are crushed and you smell mint.
- Add the cold press concentrate and water then stir well to combine.
- Add a large scoop of ice (approximately 1 cup of ice) and place the lid your cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Alternatively, you can make this recipe in a quart-sized canning jar with a lid and follow the same steps.
- Pour entire beverage (unstrained) into a pint glass and enjoy!
