Perfect cup of coffee, Light and not bitter and springy!

Light Roast Ethiopian coffees are one of my favorites and this one is good for sure, but not the best I’ve ever had. We use it for drip coffee and espresso.

Not my favorite Peace coffee to brew but still good – definitely agree with the vibrant and citrusy description!

This coffee is so yummy. We do fresh ground beans/pour over style every morning and it is delicious. We are on the rewards program. That’s so worth it. Our coffee arrives in Duluth within a few days! We are moving to Florida next year and we will continue to order this coffee. ❤️❤️

This Ethiopian is everything you would expect from Ethiopian. I would drink it every day if I hadn’t gotten a touch sensitive to light roasts in my middle age. Very strong florals, a lot of zing, sometimes I just have to have a cup!
