Wonderland Park, our first Minneapolis cafe, is so-named after the amusement park that resided there in the early 1900s. This espresso blend is a whimsical salute to the ghosts of lion tamers, tightrope walkers, and ringleaders that brought life and curiosity into our humble neighborhood in those days. An update to our classic espresso roast, Wonderland Park Espresso is a unique blend of beans that craft the perfect shot to enjoy solo or as the base to our cafe beverages. The beans have a lighter-roasted flavor profile typical of those found in modern American cafes, but with a Minneapolis edge.

For a fine shot of espresso to start your day, we recommend using a scale. Weigh out 18 grams of coffee in a double shot portafilter, tamp, and brew with 200° water for 25-30 seconds aiming for a target weight of 40 grams (yes, weigh the pulled shot as well. It should be around 2 fluid oz by volume).
