Indonesian coffee is something to marvel at. Typically grown in humid, dense forests, coffee from this group of islands has a distinct, somewhat funky, flavor profile. Much like Minneapolis’ beloved purple musical icon, this funky-natured coffee is a direct result of the lush habitat and a unique semi-washed processing where it is grown. Our Sumatran Italian Roast is everything you expect from a classic cup of Indonesian coffee, rich with earthen flavors of pipe tobacco and exotic warming spice.
