Signing up is easy! Simply create an account and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.
If you currently have an account with us – you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Points!
Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive rewards points for each purchase, that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points for sharing with friends, following us on social media, and you’re even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday! In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn exclusive discounts and access to private promotions. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the rewards page to get started.
Redeeming your points is simple and easy. When you’ve earned enough points to redeem a discount you can choose your items, choose your items and proceed to the cart page. You will see a dropdown menu below the item list. Click and select the number of points to redeem. This will generate a coupon code and add it to your order.
If you have already redeemed points but have not used them, you can find your coupon codes in your Rewards History. See your history by clicking the button on your My Account dashboard.
Not to worry! Your Reward coupons stay active in your Rewards account and never expire. To redeem them on another order, log into your account and navigate to Rewards on the lefthand side. On the popup, click on Rewards History to see a list of your active coupons. Copy the code and apply it to your next order, voila!
The reward points you’ve earned are automatically applied to your subscription renewal orders. Your points are converted to dollar-value coupons that will show up on a discount line when applied to your renewal order invoice. If you do not want to have them applied automatically, you can opt out manually in your account settings. If you choose to opt out you will still earn rewards but they will not be applied until you opt back in or you place a separate non-subscription order to redeem your points.
20 points = $1
Higher tiers in the Coffee Collective tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 20 points always = $1.
For example, as a Coffee Lover, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.
When you move up to become a Coffee Enthusiast, you will be earning points at a 1.25 multiplier.
When you become a Coffee Connoisseur, you will earn 1.5x as fast.
Note: Points cannot be redeemed for cash value. They are rewards only and do not function like gift cards.
For starters- each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, follow us on Instagram, or like us on Facebook. Access all the ways to earn on the rewards page.

*Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.
Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc. Points are not a currency, and can only be redeemed when valid, on our website.
Excellent question! We value being able to offer discounts on our products from time to time, but our promotional discounts do have some limitations. If you’re using a regular promo code (not a Rewards coupon code), we do not allow multiple coupons of this type on an order. Regular promo codes are exclusive-use, meaning only one regular promo code can be applied to an order at a time.
If you’re redeeming points on an order via your Rewards Account, the limitations are slightly different. You can redeem multiple Rewards codes on any order, even if your cart contains an exclusive-use regular promo code.
For example, if you have a 22% off regular promo code and a $5 off rewards coupon code, they can be combined on an order. But if you have a 20% off regular promo code and a $15 off regular promo code, they cannot be combined on an order.

Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at email@example.com to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.
Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:
If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will look into the issue for you.
Well, this is frustrating, but unfortunately, when you click the option to redeem points, our rewards system automatically removes the points from your account even if you do not successfully place an order.
The good news is that your rewards points are still available to use on a future order, even though they were deducted from your account! Essentially when you select the option to “claim” accrued points on our website, the system converts them into a one-time-use coupon code. This code remains active and stored in your Rewards History until used in a completed transaction. Think of this kind of like converting your points to a digital gift card for use later.
To find your Rewards history, log into your peacecoffee.com account. Then, on the left-hand side, navigate to the Rewards button. On the Rewards page, you will see a Rewards History button. Once you click on that link, you will see the accrued and used points, along with the corresponding coupon codes! The only curveball is that the codes will expire one year from the day they were created.
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message. The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.
To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.

Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We really appreciate it. Referred friends must be first-time customers in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our rewards referral box on your personal rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there.
Points will be added to your account as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website. When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that a reward was added to your account. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for referrals.
Happy Birthday! We’re so glad that you have chosen to celebrate with us through our rewards program. In order for you to receive your birthday bonus on your birthday, you must register your birthday at least 30 days prior to your birthday.
If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterward, you will receive your birthday bonus 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up.
All successive birthday bonuses will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your rewards account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, rewards will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year.
This is determined by the amount you spend in a calendar year Jan 1, 2021 – Dec 31, 2021.
Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier’s perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the Coffee Collective Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.
When you are signed in to your rewards account, your home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.
When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.
You must continue to spend to remain in your tier. Whatever tier you achieve in a calendar year (Jan 1, 2021 –Dec 31, 2021), you keep for the following year.
For instance, if you earn 600 points in 2021 and achieve Coffee Connoisseur status, you stay that tier through 2022. At the start of 2022, you will keep your earned tier and perks, however, your spend towards that tier’s threshold resets to $0 and you must spend the designated tier amount 600 points, to ensure that you remain in that tier for the following year (2023).
Exempt from being returned are perishable goods, such as coffee. If there is a problem with the perishable goods you have received or you are not completely satisfied, please give us a call.
We are happy to exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prior to mailing an item back to us, please connect with our customer service team so we can keep an eye out for your return.
If we are unable to fulfill an exchange, we will refund you the dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.
