Sweet, dreamy, with a good dose of the unexpected just like its namesake, the freak-folk performance art duo CocoRosie. Rich without being too excessive, indulgent yet endlessly drinkable, this drink satisfies the summer cravings of vegans and non-vegans alike.
4 oz Yeti Cold Press concentrate
4 oz canned coconut milk (not coconut water)
4 oz water
1 tbsp rose syrup*
To make rose syrup, combine 2 ½ cups sugar in 2 ¼ cups water and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup rose water. This syrup will last in the fridge for up to a month and is a delicious addition to all sorts of beverages and baked goods.
Measure ingredients into your favorite pint glass. Shake or stir to combine. Now you're ready to perform a song.
