Peace Coffee Subscriptions
Save yourself from the dreaded empty coffee cupboard with a subscription to any of our classic coffees. Choose your brew and how often you’ll need a refill, then leave the rest to us! Change or cancel at any time. Read below for some help on managing your subscription from Peace Coffee.
Can I change my subscription?
- You can edit your subscription elements by signing into your account, navigating to the Subscriptions section and clicking the “Edit” button on your subscribed product. This will take you to the product page that you’re subscribed to and then you can choose a new subscription period and product quantity.
- You must add the edited item to your cart by clicking the “sign up now” button, then you may view your cart and check out.
- No payment information will be collected, the system will use your existing payment info on file, and no additional charges will be placed until the next renewal payment.
Will my subscription ship free?
- We’re thrilled to offer 10% savings on our coffee through our subscription program, but subscriptions will not automatically ship free. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50. If the coffee(s) you choose to subscribe to total $50 or more, they will ship free. Otherwise, standard shipping rates apply and will be added to your recurring total.
Can I subscribe to multiple coffees?
- Of course! On your initial order, you can add as many coffees as you wish to your cart, just make sure that the product (size, grind, etc.) is correct and the subscription details (amount of bags, frequency of delivery) are accurate.
Can I suspend my subscription?
- Sign in to your Peace Coffee account online and navigate to the Subscriptions tab. Your current subscription information will populate here, click “Suspend”. This will put the subscription on hold indefinitely. A “Reactivate” button will show in this area when you sign in again subscription is on hold.
Can I cancel my subscription?
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your account, navigating to the Subscriptions section and clicking cancel on your current subscription. Once your cancellation is confirmed, a “Re-subscribe” button will show in the Subscriptions section of your account. Clicking on this will take you directly into checkout to select new options and enter your payment information.
- When you re-subscribe, zero dollars will be charged, and the subscription will return to its original payment and shipping schedule.
Can I change my shipping address?
- You can edit your shipping address at any time by signing into your account, navigating to the Subscriptions section and clicking the “Change Address” button. This will take you to the edit shipping address form, which will update your address on the subscription as well as your shipping address on file for the main account.
Can I change my payment method?
- You can change your payment method at any time by signing into your account, navigating to the Subscriptions section and clicking the “Change Payment” button. This will take you to a form to change your payment method for the subscription to a previously-saved or new credit card.
