Coffee
It all starts with the beans.  Our coffee team works with our producer partners around the globe to source phenomenal beans, then crafts a roast profile to bring out the unique qualities inherent in each coffee.  All our selections are fair trade and organic, reflecting our uncompromising commitment to pairing quality with sustainability in every cup. Fresh roasted five days a week, our lineup includes classic blends, fresh varieties to match the seasons, and limited-run coffees to showcase new partnerships and unique origins.

The Full Meal Deal
If you're selling coffee by-the-cup, you know that the beans are just the beginning of a successful beverage program.  We've done the leg work to source the filters, cups, stir sticks, and other bits and pieces you need to turn those beans into beverages.  Better still, most of those options are certified organic, ethically traded, and commercially compostable where applicable.  We partner with Rishi Tea out of Milwaukee for an amazing array of loose leaf tea to round out a delicious, sustainable hot beverage program. 

Equipment & Service
The nuts, bolts, and plumbing that will make you happy or miserable coming to work.  Our expert team will help you navigate the available options to select brewing equipment that suits your vision and your budget: from single-cup set-ups, to brewers and grinders, to comprehensive campus-wide coffee solutions, we have experience setting them up and making them continue to work.  We also have conveniently accessible service options available 'round the clock, because we know that equipment never breaks down at a convenient time.

Delivery
If you're located in the Twin Cities metro area, you may be eligible for our free delivery program.  Bike delivery or biodiesel van--we'll choose the method that is efficient and earth-friendly to get the beans to your door rain or shine! If you’re out of our delivery range, we’re happy to ship your beans via the most cost-effective and timely carrier.

Education
We're a nerdy, inquisitive group of people.  Coffee is what inspires us to get up in the morning and we're happy to share that enthusiasm.  We offer a range of training options for you and your staff:  Our customers have access to customized training sessions, time and practice space in our lab.

Our coffee education courses offer an intensive yet approachable examination of a variety of coffee topics.  A science-based, hands-on approach means that beginners and pros alike will hone their skills and learn the principles to take their coffee knowledge to the next level. 

Fundraisers
Whatever your cause, we know you'll meet your goals faster when fully caffeinated.  Our selection of quality coffee, tea, and cocoa is easy to sell.  No minimum orders, simple ordering systems, and good ethics makes it easy to buy.
