Our friends at Common Roots Cafe craft delicious dishes using exceptional, seasonal ingredients, some literally grown in their backyard. Inspired by their blend of fresh, new flavors grounded in the classics of the countryside, our roasters crafted the Roots Blend. Drawing on the roots of coffee, an abundance of beans from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia marry with the mellower flavors of Central and South America. Plummy with hints of chocolate and spice.
Sweet, creamy body as a shot of espresso, smooth and well-rounded by the cup—the baristas over at Common Roots recommend it either way (and we concur!).
