What’s your favorite fact about coffee?
That it takes one coffee plant to produce one pound of coffee. It blows my mind how many coffee plants are growing right now that will develop into next year’s pounds of coffee.
What’s your dream job if you weren’t working at Peace Coffee?
I would be doing something where I would express through physical movement. Likely a gymnastics coach, dancer or choreographer.

I know way too much about coffee brewing equipment and random parts.
What’s your favorite pairing with coffee?
A friend and a doughnut.
If you could have coffee with anyone, living or dead, who would it be?
My grandparents.
Where are you to be found when not at Peace Coffee?
Coaching gymnastics, walking my pup Sunny, cycling around the city, or napping with my kitties.
How’d you find your way to Peace Coffee?
I really admired the work and the product that Peace Coffee was making and was like “Hey Universe, I want to work at Peace Coffee!” Then I applied for a Customer Service job and they offered me a job.
What’s your favorite fashion faux pas to commit?
Uggs – I have to wear them in the winter or my toes will freeze.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?Â
Anywhere there is water and a beach especially near the Mediterranean Sea.
What music keeps you going while at work?
Sunny warm days call for Bob Marley or really twangy country music. Â For dark and cooler times of the year Nina Simone and St. Germain keep me company.
