The Peace Crew has been staying warm and healthy this winter by making soup for each other every Monday. We take turns, with two people cooking a soup of their choice for the entire crew. We've had everything from Erik's Beet-filled Borscht to Stacy's Super Spicy Tortilla Soup. Be on the look out for the Peace Coffee Super Soup Recipe book coming soon! Check out photos from our Super Soup Mondays. And speaking of photos, we’ve also been attending lots of Fair Trade & sustainable holiday gift fairs around town.  On the Road to Copenhagen! This week, IATP is sending a delegation of nine to the Copenhagen climate talks to discuss, share and forward the issues of agriculture and environmental justice -- two aspects that we feel are absolutely necessary to consider when discussing climate policy. In preparation for the talks, IATP has produced a series of issue briefs covering different aspects of agriculture, climate and public policy. Each is available on our new climate page, as well as video interviews with authors, and twitter feeds related to Copenhagen and agriculture to help readers stay up to the minute with breaking news.
