In an effort to demonstrate a little home town pride and keep our offerings fresh, we are letting loose our newest creation - the Twin Cities Blend. True to its name, this blend offers the best of both worlds, just like living in the Twin Cities. Folks around here tend towards the darker roasts, so this one is a nod to those that dig a little of that smoky intensity. On the other hand, this is no French Roast, so many of the more delicate and sweet flavors of the beans still shine through.

Last month we released the French Meadow Blend, and the Twin Cities Blend is its dark roast cousin. Here we have our caramel laden Colombian Paez creating a sweet fruity base that is topped off with the spicy Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans and completely rounded off with the weighty leather like flavors of the Sumatran. This coffee is coming out just in time for winter, and I couldn't think of a better pick-me-up for the cold months ahead.
