Try
Peace Coffee's espresso blend (or, if you prefer, a dark
roast) in these cool summertime drinks or experiment to
come up with your own iced creation.
Iced
Cappuccino
Pour
espresso (sweetened to taste) over ice and add cold milk.
Do not mix or shake. Spoon frothed milk on top to create a
layer of foam. Serves 1.
Iced
Mochaccino
Pour
freshly brewed espresso over ice and add chocolate syrup
to taste. Fill with cold milk. Top up with foamed milk and
whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate syrup or shaved
chocolate. Serves 1.

Cocoa Espresso
Mix
a single espresso shot (cooled) with 2-3 teaspoons cocoa,
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 cup of cold milk. Pour
over ice in a tall glass and top with whipped cream.
Serves 1.
Espresso
Spritzer
Pour
1 cup of chilled espresso (sweetened to taste) over
crushed ice in a tall glass. Fill the remainder of the
glass with sparkling water. Give a quick stir and serve.
Serves 1.
Iced
Mint Mocha Espresso Smoothie
Put
1 1/4 cups cold espresso and 1 pint mint chocolate ice
cream in a blender and blend on low speed. Spoon into
sherbet or wine glasses, and garnish each serving with a
chocolate mint wafer. Serves 4.
Tip:
Don't let your coffee drinks get watered down with plain
ice cubes. Freeze some coffee ahead of time in an ice cube
tray.
