Thanksgiving Pumpkin Latte
Here's an imaginative way to serve coffee at Thanksgiving!
Ingredients:
4 heaping tablespoons canned pumpkin
8 tablespoons vanilla syrup
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
4 cups milk
2 cups strong brewed Peace Coffee
In a small saucepan, stir pumpkin puree into milk. Add vanilla syrup and cinnamon. Heat gently until steaming, stirring occasionally.
Blend on high for 20 seconds until foaming. Pour flavored milk into a tall glass and pour coffee over. Dust with nutmeg.
Serves 4.
