Iced Mocha

Cooperative Coffees' Cafe Campesino serves this iced mocha recipe at BRAG (Bicycle Ride Across Georgia) events and it has become a cherished refreshment. The following is their volume production recipe a la BRAG, but we think you'll get the idea!

Ingredients:
50% Fair Trade, Organic Coffee (use Peace Coffee, of course!)
25% Milk or Half n' Half
10% Chocolate Syrup
12% Ice
3% sugar

Mixing:
Add all the ingredients listed above to a sealed container and shake with your whole body ...and shazam! you have a delicious iced mocha to savor on those hot summer days!
