The leaves along the Mississippi are donning their fall colors, queuing up our new fall drink menu. All are made with real-deal ingredients--nothing pre-fab from a bottle--stop by our shops and enjoy a taste of the season.
Harvest Moon: The classic pumpkin latte. We started with a real pumpkin, roasted it to toasty, caramelized perfection, and then pureed it with a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. The essence of autumn in a mug--and with a bonus serving of vegetables, it almost counts as a health food.
Acadian Driftwood: Inspired by tales of French Canadian voyageurs trekking through the MN woods and down the Mississippi to New Orleans. Our Yeti Cold Press combines with house-made cashew milk and a dash of cardamom. Add a spoonful of award winning Wild Country Maple Syrup from Lutsen, and you've got a luscious, creamy drink celebrating the mighty river that connects north and south.
Nutcracker Mocha: Our mochas owe their deep, decadent richness to their Askinosie dark chocolate base. This fall, we're adding some house-made hazelnut syrup to the mix. Squirrels and Nutella lovers, we did it all for you.
