We were happily invaded by local food blogging troupe, The Heavy Table, two weeks ago for a night of unscientific Yeti Cold Press experiments. Read here the results of our journey together. A huge thank you goes to our Head Barista, Jackson, for guiding the team through the ins and, mostly, outs of cold coffee concocting. We are partial, but Jackson's contribution, the Nashville Slammer, is quite worthy of home repetition for summer sipping. We will drink to that!
